Aramean people: Aramean people (not to be confused with ‘Armenians’) speak Aramaic, the language spoken by Abraham, Moses and Jesus. They are the indigenous people of what was called in ancient times Aram- Nahrin, in our days it is called ‘Mesopotamia’.

Some Arameans today identify themselves with “Assyrians”, because of the spiritual colonial hate generating activities of the Western missionaries and diplomats in the Middle-East in 16th and 19th centuries. Other Arameans became known as “Chaldeans”. However all of them are Arameans.

In Turkey, the Arameans are called: Süryani. In Arabic they are called Al- Suryan.

1. Introduction

In recent years more and more Kurds come forward and confess their own role in the Ottoman genocide (fake: Armenian genocide) whereby 0,5 million Aramean (fake Assyrian: here, here, here and here) and around 1.5 million Armenians were killed.

The former member of Turkish Parliament, Ahmet Turk, referred on various occasions to the Ottoman genocide of 1915.

Another prominent Kurd who also regularly put on the hair shirt is the former mayor of Diyarbekir, Osman Baydemir.

News From Armenia reported on 21st of may 2014 in an article entitled “Armenian Genocide upset peoples’ ecosystem – former Diyarbakir mayor”: “During his tenure as the Mayor of Diyarbakir, Osman Baydemir had apologized on several occasions for the Armenian Genocide, and invited former Diyarbakir residents’ grandchildren to the city promising to guarantee them property and jobs. Baydemir is also known for his considerable assistance in the restoration of the Surp (Holy) Giragos Armenian Church of Diyarbakir”

Al monitor reported on 3rd of September 2013 in an article entitled “Turkey’s Kurds Seek Forgiveness for 1915 Armenian Tragedy” on the Kurdish involvement in the Ottoman genocide of 1915.

Abdullah Demirbas, the mayor of Sur district in Diyarbekir confesses: “As Kurds, we also bear responsibility for the suffering of the Armenians……..“We are sorry, and we need to prove it.”

On the Sur district in Diyarbekir, we read: Sur used to be known as the “neighborhood of the infidels” because of the large number of Armenians, Syrian Orthodox Christians and Jews who once lived there

Another prominent Kurd who recently put on the hair shirt is Mehment Hatip Dicle who has been jailed because of his publications on the situation of Kurds in Turkey. On 13 of October 2013 the European Court of Human Rights condemned Turkey and assigned Dicle compensation.

On 21st of May 2014 an interview with Mehment Hatic Dicle was published by Al Jazeera – Turkish entitled “'Erdoğan çözüm istiyor ancak projesi yok'”

The interview with Mr. Dicle also tackles the Ottoman genocide of 1915. Under the heading We heard from our parents that also Kurds played a role in the Armenian mass killings”, we read: “Dicle sees the solution of the conflict not exclusively between the Turks and Kurds only: As it is with each nation, also the history of the Kurds knows dark pages that should be set right. We, the Kurdish politicians and intellectuals should even not hesitate to risk persecution to set it right. For example, the mass killings in the vicinity of Hakkaria of Nestorians (the mass killings of Syrians) by the men of Botan is a painful black event in our history. We condemn this policy, no matter the reasons. We heard from our parents on the role played by some Kurds together with the government in the Armenian genocide of 1915 and confiscated their properties and commodities. The extent of awareness through the socialist and revolutionary body of thought regarding these cruelties has caused us always sorrow. The Armenian women who in those times were kidnapped and married, mothers and grandmothers of some of us, have been nourished with extra love by us. Their sorrow is also our sorrow.”

The crucial role played by the Kurds in the genocide of 1915 was decisive in extermination of Arameans and Armenians. In an interview in 2007 with the chairman of Aram-Nahrin organization, he says: The subject is this: without participation of the Kurdish death squads and gangs, it would be impossible for the Ottomans to carry out their plans as effectively as they did. The Kurds were the neighbours of the Arameans (and also many Armenians), they ate with them, they talked and drank with them, they called each other "Kriew", that is "my neighbour" and in a deeper sense it meant "My brother", they knew every cavern and underground secret places where Aramean and Armenians were hiding, they knew the family structure, the structures within individual villages, for the Kurds mostly were the ‘Aghas’ of those villages.

Without the cooperation of the Kurds, it would have been very difficult – not to say impossible – for the Ottomans to carry out their plan as effectively as they did!

2. Parents tell their children

Among the present-day “Kurds” and “Turks”, there are millions Arameans and Armenians. The men were always beastly slaughtered. The children and young women they often took with them and were of course raised up as “Kurds” and “Turks.”

As adult you had chances to survive by becoming Muslim like for example the Arameans of Diyarbekir did:In Diyarbakir, much of the population has been massacred or has died after their deportation, which was executed with the greatest cruelty, not to mention their devastated and looted properties and belongings. It is to be noted that many have also embraced Islam, by fear, to save their lives, or by constraint, others are still held as slaves by their aggressors.’ (Page 177, G. Habra)

Another example is the Aramean village Helwa in Harran, the present-day Urfa, where we read: After the mass killing on the Syro- Arameans of Nusaybin the scoundrel Qedur Bey marched with his enormous number of Kurdish bandits to the city. They first surrounded the city, so that nobody could escape, subsequently they took all the men’s in the village prison, chained them and brought them to the river, to the place called ‘Qiro’. There he killed all of them and throw them in the river. After that he put all the women’s in a house and killed them, where after he set the corpses in fire. He did not kill the children, but converted them to the Islam. In this way the name ‘Syro- Aramean’ disappeared from the village until to day

In case of Helwa we are told that the women were killed. However, the usual ritual with the Kurds was to first rape the women, so cruel beyond imagination, before the eyes of the men and after that they were killed. Young and beautiful girls they took always with them to satisfy their perverse sexual desires.

On page 33 of the book of archpriest Sleman Henno we read: The height of barbarism formed the crime; to rape the women before the eyes of their chained men. Read, what the poet (Schabo Galo) wrote about this which torn up the hearts: The men are chained, the beautiful women raped. The men are completely upset, down with their heads, on the chest, on the knees; so that they don’t have to see their gentle women; how they are dishonoured before their eyes. A heartbreaking grief!

In case of the village of Se’ert we read on the barbarity of the Kurdish bandits: ………………. They raped the women and dishonored the girls prior to killing them all. Many of those criminals selected out the young, immature, good-looking girls they wished to have and took with them to their homes in order to satisfy their perverse (sexual) desires…….”

In the abovementioned article of Al Monitor we read: “As a first step, Demirbas launched free Armenian-language classes two years ago at the municipality offices. “They were an instant hit,” Demirbas said. Many of those who enrolled were thought to be “hidden Armenians” or the descendants of those who converted to Islam to survive.

One such "hidden Armenian," a gnarled octogenarian called Ismail, confided to Al-Monitor that his father’s real name was Leon.

“They wiped out his entire family, out in the fields,” he said as he awaited an audience with Demirbas. The old man’s voice cracked with emotion. “My father was rescued by a Turkish officer and became a Muslim. But though, praise God, I am a good Muslim too, praying five times a day, I know I am not accepted,” he added. “In their minds, I am always the son of the unbeliever.”

There are hundred thousands examples of the survived Arameans or Armenians who converted to Islam in order to save their lives. We are dealing with millions who today identify themselves as “Kurds” or “Turks.” And these survivors tell their children about the horrors of 1915. These children go to school, enjoy education and develop, look around and discover things they were not told before, come in contact with other nations and due to unrestricted access to information, they become aware of the unprecedented barbarity of their forefathers. Apparently some of them become shaken, while others deny everything and act dumb.

Imagine now this………

Suppose that real freedom according to the international standards is implemented in Turkey. An international commission visits remote areas in Turkey and informs the population that there is now freedom of religion in Turkey and that everyone can choose his religion in freedom without any restrictions. The people are provided with safety and their freedom is guaranteed. Everywhere in Turkey Imams preach in the mosques that there is now real freedom in Turkey and everyone can choose their religion in freedom and openness and that no one should fear persecution.

Do you know what will happen?

Millions of “Kurds” and “Turks” will come forward and identify themselves as Arameans (“Süryani” in Turks) or Armenians.

3. Crocodile tears of Francois Hollande on the genocide

On 13 of May 2014 French president Francois Hollande visited Armenia. During a press conference in Yerevan, Hollande had this to say about the Ottoman genocide: Turkey must recognize the Armenian Genocide,”……… “This is a call to the world to prevent the recurrence of such tragedies in the future,” … “With this visit, France will once again reiterate its position that all genocides should be condemned,” ……

Few remarks:

1) France is one of the countries that together with Turkey have tried everything possible to destroy Syria. They have created and trained the most perverse and dehumanized creatures and sneaked them via Turkish border to Syria where they cut throats, commit bomb attacks, implement Sharia law, humiliate women, bring about genocide and force non- Muslims to pay heavy taxes. Mr. Hollande wants Turkey to recognize the genocide of 1915, while Mr. Hollande together with Turkey is committing modern genocide in Syria and Iraq. The boys of Mr. Hollande, Turkey and other players are now since 10th of June 2014 wrecking havoc in the north of Iraq and commit crimes beyond imaginations.

After conquering Mosul by the terrorists, the Aramean inhabitants fled the city. These terrorists are now targeting other Arameans villages in the north of Iraq, like for example the Aramean city of Baghdeda/ Karaqosh. Fides news Agency reported on 27th of June 2014 on the situation of Baghdeda: Qaraqosh is almost a ghost town. More than ninety percent of the more than 40 thousand inhabitants, nearly all Christians of the Syrian Catholic Church, have fled in the past two days due to the offensive of the Sunni insurgents led by the jihadists of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), that subject the urban area to launch rockets and grenades. The Archbishop of Mosul of the Syrians, Yohanna Petros Moshe, some priests and some young people of his church, are among the few left in the city

2) France and Great- Britain are the two most horrific colonial powers in the world who wrecked havoc everywhere, have shed innocent blood, destroyed (indigenous) nations, plundering natural resources and causing unimaginable sorrow and misery. It was France along with United Kingdom that have destroyed the Arameans of the Middle-East and have introduced the terrible and fake “Arabic” nationalism through which the Aramean identity of the Middle-East was destroyed resulting in the current problems (see here and here). That Mr. Hollande wants “……to prevent the recurrence of such tragedies in the future”, he first should look at the history of his own country that have gained much experience with such cruelties.

3) Mr. Hollande wants the Turks to recognize the genocide of 1915. The Turks and Kurds have executed the genocide. Why is Mr. Hollande ignoring the Kurdish contribution? Why does Mr. Hollande say nothing about the evildoers who have devised this genocide?

Therefore the appeal of Mr. Hollande to Turkey to recognize the genocide of 1915 is nothing but utter hypocrisy and crocodile tears!
